TEST CENTER OF THE NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CENTER
"INSTITUTE OF EXPERIMENTAL AND CLINICAL VETERINARY MEDICINE"
The senior management of the Test Center of the National Scientific Center "Institute of Experimental and Clinical Veterinary Medicine" (hereinafter referred to as the TC) undertakes to adhere to consistent professional practice and provide high-quality laboratory research services that will maximally satisfy the needs and expectations of customers in obtaining unbiased, reliable and objective results, as well as comply with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
The management of the Test Center, represented by the Head of the Test Center, is fully responsible for the effective functioning of the management system and its continuous improvement, for which it periodically reviews the quality policy and its objectives. The management of the Test Center undertakes: not to interfere in the current affairs of the Test Center, but to direct its activities in such a way as not to jeopardize the credibility of the test results; to take adequate measures to protect the employees of the Test Center from any unjustified, internal and external, commercial, financial or other pressures.
Senior management ensures that appropriate information exchange processes are established in the TC and that information exchange takes place taking into account the effectiveness of the management system.
The employees of the Test Center are obliged to observe confidentiality regarding the information and property rights of the customer when conducting research. This means that any information cannot be disclosed without the customer's consent, except for cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.
The Test Center provides services in accordance with the scope of accreditation.
The employees of the Test Center participating in the research must be familiar with the management system documentation and adhere to the established policies and procedures in their activities.
The management of the Test Center assumes responsibility for the implementation of the Quality Policy, ensuring resources to achieve goals, involving the employees of the Test Center in improving the process approach of the management system in accordance with the requirements of DSTU ISO/IEC 17025:2006.
