  • Molecular retrovirology, molecular biology and molecular medicine – development of molecular technologies for detection and typing human and animal pathogens, gene regulation, sexing of animal embryos, preimplantation molecular diagnostics, protein - DNA interaction, mechanisms of DNA – drug specific interaction, thermodynamics of DNA and DNA – drug interaction.
  • Nanobiology – nanobiotechnological approaches for visualization and manipulation by single biomolecules and cells, atomic force microscopy of cells, biopolymers, nucleic acids, protein-nucleic acids complexes.
